Graduation Night
Graduation is concluded on the last training session of the month. It is a short examination where the Head Instructor or the Assistant Head Instructor will attend the class and watch you and your dog training. If it is considered you are up to he standard, you and your dog will graduate into a higher class the following week.A presentation will be held between classes the following training night, where ribbons and certificates will be given out to "Dog of the Month", "Encouragement Award" plus all of those that Graduated for the Month

| Top Trial Dog | The dog that gains the highest points score through the year according to the top trail dog rules. |
| Top
Community Companion Dog |
The dog that gains the highest points score through the year according to the Top Community Companion Dog Rules. |
| Top Novice Dog | The dog that gains the highest points score through the year according to the top novice dog rules. |
| Top Class Dog | The dog that gains the most points during the training year from graduation, dog of the month awards, dog of the week awards. |
| Gentleman Handler | The male handler who has the most points during the year as in top class dog but Trophy will go to the second place getter if gent wins top class dog. |
| Lady Handler | As above rules but
must be female handler. |
| Junior Handler | As per above rules, must be under 17 years of age (male or female) |
| Encouragement Award | To a member who has had problems with their dog in the past but are now achieving higher standards, but still need the "push" to go on. |
| Perseverance Award | To a member with a problem dog that takes a long time to achieve any goals but the handler continues on regardless. |
| Popular Instructor | Awarded to an instructor from votes by training members highest votes over three voting periods within the Trophy year. |
| President's Trophy | Awarded by the club President - may give as many as he/she likes (within reason) for contributions to the club. |
